Our Engagements are more like a Romantic Date
Our sessions are all about enjoying the time together, like being on a romantic date, celebrating your engagement and the start of the planning for the biggest day of your life!
Imagine a scene out of a romantic novel created with playful laughter, genuine giggles, embracing each other, whispering sweet nothing in each others ear, and Walking hand and hand, flirting with each other, and breathtaking emotions. Resulting in us Capturing the joy radiating from your smiles and the romance of your unique love story. Gazing into each others eyes. You will be falling in love all over again.
That's the magic we aim to translate into timeless photographs.
Your session should not feel like an uncomfortable, stressful, and anxious experience. My expertise in capturing your natural body language and emotional responses will ensure that we create your unique timeless portraits that everyone will be talking about.
I don't pose, I direct... so don't be nervous. No need to be with us...
Don't worry..... We will physically show you Everything!!! We thrive at helping out couples get comfortable and feel like themselves. After the first 20 minutes of your session, You will be PROs!! I have never had a couple not feel at ease. Even if you think you are not photogenic or if your fiancé hates having pictures taken, you will be killing it after 15 minutes have gone by! That's all the time we need to get rid of nerves and start capturing the joy of this new season of your life together.
We will direct you with interacting with each other, most of which involves closely embracing each other and whispering what you love about each other.. to each other. Slowly walking and bumping into each other. Quiet giggles!!! Turning round and round 3 times then gently falling into each other's arms. Singing your favorite song in a whisper. These are just some examples. This will create an incredible natural and meaningful moment filled with real emotions.
We get creative with lighting, using natural light or a lighting source. We use the top of the Line cameras and lenses that are essential for natural skin tones. Looking beautiful and natural is our top priority.
After your session you will receive an email with the link to your online gallery of images to download and share however you wish. You can then decide if you would like to create a custom guest book and/or save the dates.
You will be so comfortable with posing by the time your wedding day arrives. Interacting naturally with each other will help you be relaxed and confident in front of the camera as we capture your personality and emotions.
Preparing for your Session.
Pick something that is you!! Dress in something that makes you feel pretty and confident. Coordinating with styles and colors go well together. Stay away from busy patterns and stripes. Avoid logos. Clothing that fits as opposed to bagging clothing will be more flattering. Adding accessories can be a fun way to create something unique. If you are hiring a hairstylist and makeup artist, you can coordinate your session on the same day as your hair and make up trial run.
Location
Locations have meaning. Where you met, where you got engaged, where your first date was, and your favorite place for a date night. Making your pictures all that more special.
